Assist finance department on daily operation and reporting
Cashflow management including daily monitoring, transaction handling and reporting

Review historical purchase and forecast trends, develop statistical models as needed, and monitoring forecast accuracy;
Plan and coordinate activities related to the purchasing handling, control, storage, packaging and delivery of all materials inventory;
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, excellent service, and account development.
Handle customer inquiries, understand their specific requirements, and propose appropriate material and product solutions (training on specific battery/tape products will be provided).
Developing and implementing sufficient measures to detect cyber threats
Conducting penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses
Execute trades in equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives across global markets.
Provide real-time market intelligence and trading strategies to clients.
Lead projects from start to mass production.
Manage customer requirements, product specifications, and development timelines.
Act as a HR generalist and assist in Compensation and Benefits day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, leave management, etc.
Arrange and coordinate recruitment interviews and related procedures.
Strategy & Planning: Develop IT strategies and budgets aligned with business goals; establish and maintain company-wide IT policies and procedures.
Project Leadership: Lead major IT projects, including system migrations and deployment of new retail technologies for both in-store and back-office operations.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients to drive AUM growth and meet business objectives.
Deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions aligned with clients’ circumstances and risk appetite, leveraging a broad suite of products.
