Handle import and expert shipping documents and customs declaration
Prepare Invoice / packing list
Responsible for business & marketing development in the overseas market
Liaise with customers and overseas sales offices to develop and manage customized project development including provide project quotation, follow up with sample approval, order confirmation, procurement, complaints handling, etc.
Design, lead development and implement application systems and digital solutions
Participate in full SDLC for application design, development, testing and system implementation
Manage the relationship of existing corporate customers in Hong Kong and handle the cross-selling and upselling activities.
Follow the sales lead to develop new customers.

Support day to day systems operations or infrastructure
Provide support, install and configure of hardware, software, network equipment, e-mail server and office applications
Support IT infrastructure including public cloud services, on-premises network equipment monitoring and users support.
Cooperate with other teams/departments and/or other teams from group companies to provide modernize Cloud Infrastructure solution to accomplish project objectives and digital transformation.
