Cost negotiation with factory for existing product or special deal
Originate and evaluate real estate investment opportunities
Work out financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence processes
Design and implement SOP, operational workflows, protocol and systems to support business growth
Coordinate cross-team discussions and assist with execution of agreed actions and follow-ups
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
Manage calendars, travel, and meetings across time zones with precision.
Handling, investigation, assessment and settlement of Property & Liability claims
Provide quality claim service to customers
Handle incoming calls and emails about enquiries and complaints
Prepare reports for management review
Degree in Accounting, Finance Business Administration, or related disciplines.
HKICPA, ACCA or CPAA members
Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
Deliver structured training to pre-agents, new agents, and managers via classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats
Design, review, and maintain training materials to ensure quality and effectiveness
