Diploma or above in fields of Construction, Electronics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of IT or AV project-related, technical support or on-site maintenance experience
Operational Execution: Assist in coordinating day-to-day logistics, supply chain, and project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

Oversee full-process quality for new product introduction and manufacturing (metal stamping, plastic molding).
Analyse production reports and conduct unscheduled inspections to identify and rectify quality issues.
Follow up on customer projects from pilot run to mass production.
Prepare quotations and improve production line efficiency.
Providing underwriting and quotation services to registered local agents and brokers in property and casualty classes
Develop good relationships with intermediaries to facilitate the development of new and renewed business
Handle customers' enquiries from inbound calls and emails.
Explain the products and services to customers upon request.
Handle daily account payable, daily business receipt and procurement settlement efficiently
Perform treasury functions including cash & liquidity management
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and coordinate for the sales team.
Assist the customer services team in arranging maintenance and handling complaints.
Manage end-to-end merchandising process from development to bulk shipment.
Liaise directly with US clients on product specifications, construction, costing and delivery.

Business Development - Analysing market information and trends to identify optimal trading opportunities
Handle inbound client enquiries regarding after-sales services, repairs, maintenance, and service requests.
Coordinate with internal service and technical teams to arrange service requests and monitor progress.
Perform audit assignments for a portfolio of Hong Kong SME clients and U.S.-listed companies.
Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
