BI & Reporting Solutions: Lead the implementation, development, and deployment of proposed Business Intelligence tools and reporting software, specifically leveraging FanRuan FineBI or Crystal Reports.
Strategy & Planning: Develop IT strategies and budgets aligned with business goals; establish and maintain company-wide IT policies and procedures.
Project Leadership: Lead major IT projects, including system migrations and deployment of new retail technologies for both in-store and back-office operations.
