Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries, including private companies
Ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements e.g. statutorily filing, preparation of announcements, circulars, annual/interim reports, organising meetings for Board of Directors and Shareholders
Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support for a Senior Executive, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
Communicate directive and information from the Senior Executive to top management team, managers and others in the organization and follow up on the status of assignments
Provide day-to-day professional personal assistant support to the Chairman and assist his personal matters and schedules confidentially and effectively
Handle a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative tasks to Chairman, including but not limited to preparing various documents/reports/presentation materials as assigned, calendar management, scheduling meetings, drafting of meeting minutes, maintaining filing systems, coordinating events, travel arrangement and hotel booking
