Conduct analytical reviews of income statements and balance sheets, identifying variances and ensuring financial integrity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors in Southeast Asia.
Monitor and evaluate distributor performance (sales, inventory, market coverage).
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Lead complex logistics projects, designing tailored supply chain solutions that meet client needs.
Provide on-site support on machinery installation, testing, maintenance, repairing
Respond to customers' enquiry
Develop strategies necessary for airfreight planning.
Negotiate air freight rates/rate contracts and services with new and existing airlines.
Report to Department Head, and manage and supervise subordinates’ performance and approve their requisitions
Lead the team to do regular open claim and close claim review
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Japanese Trading co, component manufacturer or any B2C industry.
Creative, responsible, multi-tasking, self-motivated, well organized, efficient and independent.
