Responsibilities: Order processing, replenishment and billing related issues Coordinate with customers and internal parties for stock control & logistics arrangement Review and propose process improvement, and manage improvement projects Requirements: Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Trading or Logistics discipline is preferable At least 5 years relevant experience in international trade/logistics & distribution/customer support services Customer service experience in electronic industry is an advantage Project management experience is prefered Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese Fluent in Japanese is prefered Knowledge in SAP system is a plus Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
