Lead complex logistics projects, designing tailored supply chain solutions that meet client needs.
Provide on-site support on machinery installation, testing, maintenance, repairing
Respond to customers' enquiry
Develop strategies necessary for airfreight planning.
Negotiate air freight rates/rate contracts and services with new and existing airlines.
Report to Department Head, and manage and supervise subordinates’ performance and approve their requisitions
Lead the team to do regular open claim and close claim review
