Negotiate pricing with factories for existing products and special arrangements.
Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents, coordinate project timelines and deliverables with internal teams
Arrange shipping and logistics for project-related materials, liaise with clients and overseas suppliers/ manufacturers for project updates and requirements
Lead a small team of production operators
Ensure safe use of production equipment and proper chemical handling procedures by operators
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in information systems design and development
In charge of office renovation, office relocation and decoration projects
Oversee office rental & maintenance
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Grow freehand business with existing and potential clients.
Proactively identify and engage potential customers to generate new sales leads and strengthen the business pipeline.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new clients.
