Degree in Business Management, Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, Electronics or related disciplines;
Not less than 15 years solid experience in electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 10 years in senior managerial level;
Handle full set of accounts and ensure all accounting information in compliance with company's policies and accounting standards
Support month-end closing activities including balance sheet reconciliation and month end and year end accounting reports
Assist the senior technical team in the planning and execution of a system migration project.
Provide first-line technical support for the e-commerce platform, troubleshooting issues reported by internal users.

Responsible for the firmware design and coding in the area of embedded system and electronics products
Drive program codes in a structural, traceable and presentable manner
Design and develop new display products (e.g., TFT-LCD modules, flexible OLEDs, and in-cell touch solutions) from concept to production, using tools like CAD, AutoCAD, and CAM software.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to align product designs with industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Develop strategies necessary for airfreight planning.
Negotiate air freight rates/rate contracts and services with new and existing airlines.
Assist project manager to manage the whole project cycle, including analysing clients' requirement, monitoring project progress, schedule and deliverables, coordinating project activities and managing resources
Cooperate with project manager and development team to ensure project completion and quality
Set up, maintain, and support the group’s IT infrastructure and networks.
Oversee system and network administration, including daily operations and troubleshooting.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
Assist in administering Compensation & Benefits programs, including payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
Plan and develop payment products (e-commerce/Offline) and features based on feedback from internal and external customers.
Analyze the competitive landscape in payments and related industries to define product strategies and deliver effective features in APAC.
