Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Product development process and production follow up
Develop and grow key OEM accounts in the electronic category.
Handle quotations pricing and full order cycle from sample to shipment.
Understand clients’ requirements and long-term goals to develop respective investor relations and public relations strategies.
Prepare relevant communication materials including roadshow and corporate presentations, factsheets, mock QA, press releases, interim and annual reports and website content.
Manage and maintain existing client relationships, focusing on renewals and upselling.
Plan and execute initiatives to grow revenue and improve client experience.
Lead and manage an inbound sales team to achieve daily sales and conversion targets.
Oversee call operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving issues promptly.
