Lead APAC core acquiring payments domain, managing a team and driving product operations, support, partner integration, and sales enablement.
Define product strategy and roadmap, translating customer needs and market insights into innovative payment solutions.
Manage third-party payment vendors and gateways to ensure stable performance and commercial efficiency.
Oversee vendor SLAs, reviews, and escalations to maintain service quality.
Coordinate and follow up on sample development and mass production among Purchasing, Production, Packaging, and Quality Control departments.
Monitor production progress, product quality, and on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.
Daily store operations, support service excellence to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with brand partners to build and maintain strong brand relationships.
