HKICPA, ACCA or CPAA members
Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
Deliver structured training to pre-agents, new agents, and managers via classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats
Design, review, and maintain training materials to ensure quality and effectiveness
Issue monthly orders to vendors and oversee mass production for supply chain stability.
Negotiate prices with factories for existing products and special deals to secure cost savings and strong partnerships.
Handle all the marketing activities including traditional and digital marketing
Analyze the marketing trends of major competitors
Responsible for daily customer inquiries and business development
Maintain and develop relationships with customers
Conduct system analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions
Prepare functional and technical design documentation, as well as user manuals
