Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
Follow up bulk orders and work close with production/ product development/ logistic/ compliance team to ensure product quality and on-time/ efficient delivery schedule
Participant in pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, business analysis, presentation, demonstration and the bidding phases.
Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage marketing activities for market in the Mainland China, including but not limited to event coordination, award application and making business trips in the Mainland China
