JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
  • Follow up bulk orders and work close with production/ product development/ logistic/ compliance team to ensure product quality and on-time/ efficient delivery schedule
  • Prepare Sales Order and Purchase Order as well as updating information records
  • Work close with overseas office to maintain adequate stock level, and work with supplier/ warehouse for stock arrangement
  • Any ad hoc tasks required
  • Less experience will be considered as Junior CS coordinator


Requirements:

  •  2 years or above relevant working experience in Customer Service Functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Capable to monitor vendors performance for new items
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
  • Good sense of responsibility and customer-service oriented
  • Detail minded, well organized and eager to learn
  • Immediately available is preferred
