Provide daily support for Traffic Control system and ERP system including Finance accounting, Lease & Property Management, Work Order and Logistic Management.
Perform system analyses, testing, documentation and application system support.
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's IT strategic planning, and providing comprehensive and forward-looking guarantees for enterprise informatization construction；
Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy and annual business plan, and organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions；
Manage and control team activities and resources including budgeting and reporting. Ensure lean and agile execution of product development and maintenance projects according to product roadmap；
As a senior expert, be part of R&D projects’ steering comities and technical reference groups. Guide the development teams through technical reviews；
Pre-installation preparation, include ensuring project scope, requirements, deliverables, project timeline and milestones are clarified and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
