JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre-sales support to Sales Team (Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, Unified Communication, ioT)
• Cooperate with Sales and Engineering for Demo setup
• Understand the needs from customers and provide solutions to customers
• Work with Project Team for after order confirmation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above Information Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, IT Support
• Good in communication, and customer oriented minded
