JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company’s IT strategic planning, and providing comprehensive and forward-looking guarantees for enterprise informatization construction；
• Participate in the formulation of the company’s development strategy and annual business plan, and organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions；
• Effectively communicate with business and functional departments, provide IT technical service support, and coordinate with various departments to promote system flow；
• Responsible for coordinating and leading the project initiation, research, model selection, review, technical interface, launch, and other project management work of each information system, ensuring that each information system supports the overall operation of the company；
• Responsible for the overall information security of the company, preparing and improving the company’s data standards and information confidentiality system, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and stable operation of the company’s IT system；
• Establish and optimize the company’s information platform, including ERP, MES system, OA system, official website, APP, applet, etc；
• Maintain the good operation of all software and hardware systems；
• Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s IT work related process systems, organizational structure, and team management, formulating training plans for technical personnel, and organizing and arranging technical training for other relevant personnel of the company；
• Fully responsible for the planning and construction of the company’s digital chemical plant, providing corresponding technical guidance to team members, and completing the company’s information construction requirements.
