Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the business from with existing customers (including penetration to new divisions) to meet the sales growth target;
Responsible for the price & quotation update & new product RFQs and meet the new RFQ hit rates;
Operational Execution: Assist in coordinating day-to-day logistics, supply chain, and project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Coordination & Flow: Facilitate the timely flow of shipping documents and communications among internal departments (including Hong Kong and U.S. offices), clients, suppliers, carriers, and overseas offices.
Provide deskside and remote technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and handheld device issues promptly
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to documentation and the knowledge base for recurring issues
Oracle-First Database Management & Consolidation: Design, deploy, and maintain core relational (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, leading migration and consolidation efforts toward Oracle as the primary platform.
Performance Optimization & High Availability: Continuously monitor database health and optimize queries, indexes, and schema design to handle high-volume payment processing with minimal latency.
