Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing the company’s process engineering systems, industrial automation systems, and smart manufacturing solutions to drive the digital and intelligent transformation of production processes.
Leads the design, integration, maintenance, and upgrade of automation equipment and production lines to improve production efficiency, support automated “roll to roll” execution during the sample stage, and reduce production cost.

Leads the design, integration, maintenance, and upgrade of automation equipment and production lines to improve production efficiency, support automated “roll to roll” execution during the sample stage, and reduce production cost.
Operational Execution: Assist in coordinating day-to-day logistics, supply chain, and project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Coordination & Flow: Facilitate the timely flow of shipping documents and communications among internal departments (including Hong Kong and U.S. offices), clients, suppliers, carriers, and overseas offices.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the business from with existing customers (including penetration to new divisions) to meet the sales growth target;
Responsible for the price & quotation update & new product RFQs and meet the new RFQ hit rates;
