JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for new projects and participate in early-stage product development with customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on tooling development, product assembly and production.
• Analyze product issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Review product inspection and test results to ensure quality and meet customer specifications.
• Coordinate with customers and factory teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain engineering and production documentation.
• Support customer visits and production transfers, with occasional travel to other locations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Product).
• Strong oral and written communications skills in English & Chinese.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, construct schematics, and workflow diagrams.
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as the position of Project Engineer.
