JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client enquiries regarding after-sales services, repairs, maintenance, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal service and technical teams to arrange service requests and monitor progress.
• Provide timely follow-up and updates to clients throughout the service process and upon completion.
• Prepare weekly service reports and summaries, including service volumes and case analysis, for regional and headquarters reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Client-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, polished, and proactive personality with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-minded, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Chinese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
