JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Support Engineer (Biomedical)
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales team and provide technical support duties to customers
- Handle onsite product maintenance and installation
- Provide training to customers and answer their enquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, major in Biological, Biochemical, Biomedical or related disciplines
- 1 year of experience in related industry
- Responsible and good interpersonal skill
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
