JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Support day to day trouble shoot and maintain company software
• Provide support, install and configure of hardware, software, network equipment, e-mail server and office applications
• Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network
• Handle documentation, e.g. User Manual, I.T. Orientation, Contract management, I.T. invoice, I.T. inventory management, budget usage report, etc.
• Assist in others ad-hoc IT duties

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder in Computer Sciences / Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, Windows active directory, basic understanding of OSI 7 layers network concept, standard network port assignment & usage
• Independent, responsible and eager to learn
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Occasion travel to Mainland China office
• Fresh graduate will be also welcome and training will be provided
