JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for batteries, power systems, and related products to customers in Hong Kong and across the APAC region.
• Develop application solutions and provide technical advice to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for key clients.
• Offer pre-sales support, including solution design and proposal assistance.
• Handle after-sales technical issues and on-site troubleshooting when needed.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback from customers to support business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in battery, power supply, or energy-related industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of batteries, UPS systems, or power solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as sales engineer, pre-sales support, or technical customer service is welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
