JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Implement, administer, monitor and document all network, servers and databases
• Ensure standards compliance and adequate audit trails for all system changes
• Ensure the systems/databases are properly and regularly backed up
• Provide technical support and system migration
• Assist to manage the infrastructure setup of new plant/depot
• Provide help desk support and support beyond office hours on needed basis
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in manufacturing field
• Holder of MCSA/MCSE/MCDBA/CISSP is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in network, AD, MS 365, MS Exchange, MS SQL, SAN storage, Backup, VMware and Fortinet firewall
• Sound knowledge in PC troubleshooting
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and good command of Mandarin
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time
