JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for deployment of services
• System and Networking installation/configuration for project deployment
• Work with clients to meet their requirements for deployment of services
• Prepare documentation and record keeping of tickets, tasks and technologies
• System/application testing and troubleshooting
• Work closely with team members to delivery projects and problem solving on time

Requirements:  

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in system support
• Hands-on experience in installation/configuration of VLAN, Clustering and Linux Red Hat ES is an advantage
• Experience with Shell script / Networking is an advantage
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Redis, NoSQL database is an advantage
• Good team player, flexible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Telecom experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience may also be considered
