JOB DESCRIPTION
Solutions Specialist (CRM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide presales support to sales team.
- Know the pain point of clients and give advice.
- Coordinate with product team and other stakeholders.
- Assist the project management duties.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 2 years of related presales / technical support / project management experience
- Familiar with Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, SAS or other CRM
- Strong organization and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English and Mandarin
