JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Place purchase orders on time according to ERP system recommendations；
• Track procurement activities to ensure material stock availability for production schedule and On Time Delivery to customers；
• Use planning system and digital tools to increase working efficiency；
• Analyze forecast accuracy and identify deviations between demand and supply, to drive continuous improvement on supply chain performance；
• Manage inventory at healthy level, review planning parameters and develop action plans to optimize inventory structure while increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Show good potential in supply chain management, able to understand end-to-end planning, from upstream to downstream, including material planning-＞supply planning-＞production planning；
• Logistics education background or solid working experience in supply chain planning (critical)；
• Familiar with SAP or ERP system, have PC software literacy, like SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python；
• Confident and outgoing personality；
• English can be used as the working language；
• College or above；
• Age: under 34 years old.
