JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Handle end-to-end inbound and outbound shipments independently, liaising closely with freight forwarders, carriers, 3PL providers, and internal teams.
• Customs & Regulatory Compliance: Process timely Hong Kong import/export declarations via Tradelink, manage license and permit applications, and ensure full compliance with both Hong Kong and Mainland China cross-border regulations.
• Inventory Control & Adjustments: Conduct data-driven stock adjustments—including handling vendor/insurance claims, stock-take variances, and write-offs—while actively investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Produce inventory KPIs, shipping reports, and management dashboards to drive data-backed decision-making.
• Financial Verification: Verify shipping invoices, resolve freight-related disputes, and maintain meticulous logistics records.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in shipping operations, cross-border logistics, or inventory planning (background in Retail, FMCG, or 3PL is highly preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of cross-border trucking operations and Tradelink declaration procedures (familiarity with Mainland China customs documentation is a distinct advantage).
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in managing large datasets and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
