JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the IT infrastructure asset is built and maintained in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Manage and configure M365 / Active Directory / VMware / Cisco
• To assist in troubleshooting networking issues and incidents
• Assist in supporting network security monitoring and implementation
• Assist in the equipment installation and configuration for network
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Networking / IT
• Hands-on experience in M365 / Active Directory / VMware / Cisco products
• Knowledge of Server / Firewall / Switch / Router equipment
• Good command of English
