Our client, a storage service provider is now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior / Sales Associate (B2C)
Responsibilities:
- Present storage solution to client (Mainly B2C)
- Leading a small sales team to develop business opportunities by In/outbound calls/ Email/ Chat/ WhatsApp/ Signal
- Formulate sales strategic plan and monthly sales analysis report
- Evaluate the sales team performance
- Conduct market research to increase industry knowledge
- Work closely with the marketing team for the customer acquisition/retention campaigns
- Assist with Sales Manager to manage the team performance
- Develop and formulate sales strategies for new projects
- Handle ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in sales role (prefer B2C sales, welcome for insurance/ telecom/ beauty sales)
- Call center exp. is a plus
- Good command of spoken / written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical skill, proactive working attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- 5-days work per week on roster (Mon to Sun)
