JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Set payment product direction based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Oversee development, launch, and optimization to ensure profitability and success.
• Work with development, sales, and marketing to align product goals and execution.
• Provide expertise, tools, and insights to help sales teams close deals and retain clients.
• Conduct research, assess pricing strategies, and present data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in payment product management, market analysis, or customer-facing roles.
• Preferred experience in credit card, banking, mobile payments (e.g., WeChat Pay, Alipay), or fintech industries.
• Experience in software / IT or professional services preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
