JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising process from development to bulk shipment.
• Liaise directly with US clients on product specifications, construction, costing and delivery.
• Coordinate with factories and internal teams to monitor production progress and resolve issues.
• Review and approve samples across all stages (development, pre-production, shipment).
• Drive cost negotiation and maintain strong cost control.
• Partner with QC team on inspections and quality matters.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Textiles or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in garment merchandising.
• Experience in Sweater items is required.
• Prefer candidates with Ladies’ wear background.
• Familiar with US market, quality standards and compliance is preferable.
• Independent with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
