JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities: 

• Access and process the Marine Cargo Claims
• Provide claims service and handle claims enquires to customers (internal and external)
• Assists in preparing claims statistics / reports
• Organized, detail minded, work independently, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service oriented and self-motivated
• Ad hoc project is required

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin would be advantage
• Min 3 year’s solid experiences in handling marine cargo claims or related specialty
• Diploma or above with recognized insurance professional qualification is preferred
• Member of ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or CII
• PC proficiency in MS Office
