JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company sales strategy and business development, by leading the Marketing and Sales team
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on area of improvements
  • Manage current global sales network to create a stable and healthy sales pipeline
  • Investigate the business opportunity with potential customers
  • Explore new market segments or industries
  • Travel to visit customers if necessary

Requirements:

  • University level engineering background.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial position.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in EMS, OEM industry.
  • Proven skills in business development within EMS, OEM environment.
  • Fluent in English (in addition to Mandarin or Cantonese), comfortable and effective in US and in European business environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in both public multi-national and medium size enterprises.
  • Preferred strong technical background in IoT and RF technology.
  • Confident and mature with strong management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with backup data support.
