JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company sales strategy and business development, by leading the Marketing and Sales team
- Provide feedback and recommendations on area of improvements
- Manage current global sales network to create a stable and healthy sales pipeline
- Investigate the business opportunity with potential customers
- Explore new market segments or industries
- Travel to visit customers if necessary
Requirements:
- University level engineering background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial position.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EMS, OEM industry.
- Proven skills in business development within EMS, OEM environment.
- Fluent in English (in addition to Mandarin or Cantonese), comfortable and effective in US and in European business environment with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in both public multi-national and medium size enterprises.
- Preferred strong technical background in IoT and RF technology.
- Confident and mature with strong management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with backup data support.
