JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the design and development of BMS hardware (i.e. PCBA) and other electronic and electrical modules of ups；
• Be responsible for requirements collection and refining related documents writing；
• Be responsible for the hardware design, trial production, testing, final mass production of BMS and the management and development of parts suppliers；
• Draft, review, release and maintain BOM and be responsible for cost reduction at the hardware level；
• Based on hardware design, assist BMS Software Engineer in development and debugging；
• As the head of hardware, assist BMS to integrate into Schneider products；
• Other work assigned within the scope of business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, computer science and technology or other related majors；
• Be familiar with the functions and characteristics of lithium battery energy storage, especially ups and other related products；
• Be familiar with the hardware function and performance of BMS, and have experience in BMS hardware schematic / layout design；
• Have relevant algorithm and logic development experience in lead-acid battery or lithium battery management system；
• Have experience in software and hardware development of power electronics related boards；
• Have design experience and solution ability related to EMC requirements；
• Have the ability to select and evaluate the current mainstream electronic / electrical components of BMS according to the electronic electro pneumatic work / performance requirements of the system；
• BMS development experience with UPS is preferred；
• Have good English reading / writing skills, and be able to conduct basic oral communication.
