JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of accounts, group consolidation and tax compliance of Hong Kong, China, and overseas operations
• Ensure timely preparation of annual budget, monthly projection, quarterly budget report; provide financial insights and analysis on key variances and identify actions required
• Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with the disclosure requirements, accounting standards and local tax laws; support the year-end audit
• Oversee and coordinate timely cash flow forecast to optimise the cash and treasury management
• Review processes, systems and operation to identify key business, financial and operational risks and conduct continuous process improvements
• Formulate, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures, update financial guidelines, and issue instructions on financial and accounting matters
• Handle financial and treasury management functions including asset and liability management, monitoring of investment performance and review of investment guidelines and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with Qualified Accountant qualifications from HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ managerial experience in sizeable organizations, Big 4 audit experience is an advantage
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China accounting policies and regulations is a must
• A hands on leader and be responsible for all finance related matters including accounting management, financial reporting, audit, tax, forecast, budget, treasury etc.
• Well-organized with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
