JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Work with NPD quality team、MFG team、ME and other related functions to do process quality planning including quality control plan、FMEA、process capability evaluation and risk assessment、PPAP documentation preparation, define suitable SPC approach to monitor process status；
• Lead IPQA team to monitor in–process quality status, do random process quality check, data analysis, quick response to on line reject or any abnormal quality issue；
• Per quality control plan, evaluate process capability, pick up suitable SPC approach to apply for critical process, collect process data and monitor its status, take action once triger occure；
• Support CQE team to have 8D process and documentation for any customer feedback, find out real root cause, take containment action and long– term action to solve it, verify its improvement effectiveness with evidences in place；
• Lead and coordinate all kind of continuous improvement activities in your process quality area, like technical improvem project、quality improvement project、QCC、KAIZEN、etc.

Requirements:

• Certified quality engineer or related certificates；
• ISO9000、ISO/TS16949 quality system related；
• APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、DOEproblem solving skills；
• Project management related experience；
• Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or other engineering related；
• Hardware process knowledge is required；
• At least 8 years working experience in quality control；
• Read/written English is a must and oral English is preferred；
• Good supervising and communication skill.
