JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Marketing Executive (5 days)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, tender drawing, specifications, and related documents
- Calculate costs by analyzing labour, material, and time cost
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Prepare reports
- Maintain cost database
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in Estimation or QS work
- Good at MS Office (Excel and work)
- Able to read and interpret drawings
