JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries about product list, product feature, price
• Follow up order and monitor shipment schedule
• Discuss with customers to carry out suitable online / offline sales & marketing strategy
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are on schedule
• Prepare reports, and provide support to the team if necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 1 – 3 year sales and marketing experience
• Good at MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
