Sales Manager – POS & IT Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and door to door sales activities.
- Direct customer approach, business development and people management will comprise a major portion of this job.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value added for the customer.
- Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
Requirements:
- Direct sales working experience in restaurant industry.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua is a prerequisite for this role.
