JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.
• Lead distributor partnerships and spearhead market expansion efforts for their products.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives, both traditional and digital.
• Protect and elevate a globally recognized brand.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in various sales models, including direct sales, channel sales, and dealer sales.
• Experience in dealing with distributors in SEA is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
