JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Manager (3PL)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers to generate new sales leads and strengthen the business pipeline.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor assessments to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and areas for business growth.
  • Coordinate internal resources to implement sales strategies and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent recurring revenue from acquired or assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise and execute marketing and sales initiatives that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely management reports, taking corrective measures when necessary in line with company policies and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics industry.
  • New client development experience is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
