JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• The Head of Sales is a professional processing knowledge in both the products and marketing skill in the Generator/Power Equipment sector.
• Success in this role is defined by driving significant step to improve the sales and profitability of all business in Greater China Region. This will be measured by ongoing improvements in sales revenues, gross profit margins and market coverage.
• Provides and facilitates communication/interactions amongst team members, between teams and headquarter. Resolves differences and/or conflict situations effectively.
• Has a solid understanding of the overall business. Evaluates situations objectively and demonstrates the ability to make decisions that are intended to have a positive impact on sales performance and the total business.
• Should act as the head of products expert in the region responsible to design the products line up and proposal to all potential customers. When training is needed, he/she shall also provide training and/or training arrangement for the sales team and customers.
• Organise trade shows, sales seminar and other marketing activities to promote the gas generator business in greater China area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
