JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Own and meet/exceed annual sales targets, accounts, and products within the territory
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Develop and lead execution of effective sales coverage plan in the region and help drive campaigns at direct and channel customers
• Coordinate sales operations with Product Management, Business Development, and all other departments/divisions of the Company
• Develop and improve business relations with all customers of the Company
• Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach, and secure new business for the Company
• Plan, organize, and help direct trade show activity, including the involvement of local reps Channel Partners and regional sales associates as needed
• Monitor and analyze sales and market trends
• Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
• Establish and implement short- and long-range productivity goals for the sales function in the region
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales management capacity, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in the industry and manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.
• Frequently Travel to APAC
