JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Customer service: Completely understand and comprehend the employee manual, the company’s processes and regulations, provide high-quality of reception, explaining, order completion, product delivery and after-sales service in accordance with the company’s standards.
• Brand promotion: accurately present the brand culture, positioning, characteristics and other information, provide professional brand and product introduction to customer individually, enhance customer experience, and provide suggestions for the brand and all product categories.
• Customer maintenance: cooperate with the online sales team to maintain customer relationships according to customer information, handle CRM processes, and promote repurchase.
• VIP activity assistance: assist in maintaining VIP customer service, cooperate with the company to carry out brand VIP experience activities, and promote sales performance.
• Maintain the display of exhibits in the store according to the standard to prevent damage and loss of the store and exhibits.

Requirements:

• Dipolma holder in related field is preferred
• Presentable image and temperament, dignified manners, proficient in social etiquette.
• Experience in receiving luxury customers with 1-2 years is preferred.
• luxury and high-end field experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, and master certain sales skills, conduct smooth business communication with customers.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
