JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of HR and supervise a small HR team in overseas.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for some regional offices in Asia Pacific
• Perform the HR operation, team management and also the business partnering roles.
• Cooperate with leaders in different regions on the implementation of global planning tools and processes.
• Ensure the organizational design and effectiveness are aligned to corporate and region’s business strategy and culture.
• Assist the HR projects as requested.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, regional experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and organization skill.
• Proficiency with computer skill, adapt to new technology.
• Excellent in English speaking and writing.
