JOB DESCRIPTION

Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in the office
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, arrange courier
  • Arrange meeting room booking schedule

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • 3 – 5 years experience in customer service, receptionist, or front-desk service role
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good in communication, polite
  • Willing to work on Monday – Friday
