JOB DESCRIPTION
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Manage courier and mail services, office supplies, and meeting room arrangements
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant front desk or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner
- Friendly, responsible, well-organized, and a good team player
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
