JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in production workflow design
• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance measures and quality control checkpoints
• Determine applicable QC standards for all operations, including both manual and automated processes
• Provide technical guidance and training to operation team on best practices in QC methods
• Create comprehensive QA-related documentation, including documentation on standard QC procedures
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Handle customer complaints, investigate the root causes, and provide preventive measures

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above.
• Practical experience of Quality Engineering in the toys industry.
• Native of Vietnamese, fluent in English or Chinese.
